A carer ticket can only be booked alongside an adult ticket.

If carer to a disabled child, there must be at least one adult in your party purchasing to qualify. 

To book a carer ticket, one of the following documents need to be uploaded:

  • Allowance book or letter confirming entitlement to Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
  • Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award
  • Incapacity Benefit books or confirmation letter of Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or confirmation letter
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8
  • Access Card
